Para invierno, al no haber salida de aire de calor en baños y cocina, se puede añadir algún calefactor. Conducir el agua de condensación de la bomba de calor para evitar que lo disperse por mitad de la terraza.

Aguamarina is a first line apartment located in the promenade of the sandy beach of Gandia. The building is equipped with pool, garden, basket, tennis, garage and children playground. Fantastic views, which can be enjoyed from the big sunny terrace, the best place of the house for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Beautiful furnished, there is AIR CONDITIONING-HEATIATING in all the house. There are 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are 2 twins and 1 double with direct access to the big terrace.
