This beautiful apartments for up to 4 people is located in the heart of Gandia beach, 80 meters from the beachfront, in the Club Nautico area. An area in continuous growth and life throughout the year and services of everything.
These apartments are as it´s name says, unique apartments, with a fresh style and Mediterranean decoration, modern and at the same time very cozy thanks to the wicker, bamboo and wood we have used in the decoration.
It is an apartment that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory.
The Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment
The apartment in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms.
55 m² accommodation tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the pool.
They are completely renovated apartments continuing with our goal, all new from top to bottom to make the stay perfect.
When we open the door of the apartment we find the living room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. It´s got a sofa of 2.80m large and with of 110cm where a child could sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49 "television with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian).
It has got free wifi and air conditioning with heating throughout the apartment.
You will find an confortable round table to eat the 4 with different chairs with wicker / bamboo lamps to give this Mediterranean style.
The kitchen follows the minimalist line, doors without handles and integrated appliances that make it so elegant. White tones and noble woods. It has a toaster, electric juicer, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, kettle ... everything you could need.
We found the 2 rooms separated by the bathroom, a beautiful bathroom with shower at ground level, with shower head with rain. It has a hair dryer. All the elements have been taken care of and we have played a lot with the black color that this elegance has given.
The double room has a 150x190 bed and TV. The second room are 190x90 beds
The terrace, next to the living room, is a very important space and we have furnished it with some relax chairs because that is what we came for, to relax in our vacations in Gandia. We also have awnings on the terrace.
Leaving the apartment you will reach the beach in few metres on the left side, as if you are walking towards the port which is 350 meters away.
There is also a Carrefour Express in the area and also a Mercadona, although for fresh fish we will recommend you where to buy it.

La única pega que le pongo son las ventanas, ya que estábamos en un 8° y se oía a la gente por la calle habría que insonorizar un poco más

Es el segundo año que vamos a los apartamentos y seguro volveremos si podemos. La limpieza es muy buena ,la ubicación inmejorable y siempre están pendientes todo. Te facilitan sábanas, toallas y paños de cocina que es muy a tener en cuenta. Además elsee more

En mi opinión nos dijeron de entrar sobre las 14h y salir a las 10h en punto. Si queríamos 1horita más había que pagar la mitad de un día completo... lo ideal sería entrar y salir sobre las 12h, y más teniendo en cuanta que era en sept....

Lo nuevo, limpio y cerca de la playa que estaba.
Al estar alojados en la 8a. planta además se veía el mar desde todas las habitaciones.
La aplicación para poder entrar está fenomenal al no tener que estar pendiente de quedar con alguien.

Está todo fenomenal pero solo como recomendación:
Un espacio reservado frente al apartamento para poder cargar y descargar los bultos.
Una pequeña escalera o un taburete para poder llegar a las partes altas de los armarios..

El agua de la ducha se sale un poco sería conveniente una alfombrilla más grande o algo que retenga el agua que va hacia el suelo , pues la puerta se va a estropear con tanta agua. |

Lo del taburete o lo de la escalerita para acceder a los muebles altos de la cocina no es mala idea, nadie lo había propuesto pero puede ser que alguien por la altura le resulte incómodo.

Lo del dispensador de jabón lo vamos a ver por qué no salía. La zona de carga y descarga, lo tenemos que solicitar al ayuntamiento a ver si nos lo conceden. Pero estaría muy bien. Lo de las mamparas ya está en marcha, de hecho hoy están instalando un suplemento de cristal para que quede toda cerrada y no se salga el agua. De nuevo, muchas gracias por tus aportaciones. Esperamos poder volver a veros pronto. |
