The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and heat pump heating for your comfort throughout the year. The wifi connection will keep you connected at all times.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. You will find all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary to prepare delicious family meals.

Aguamarina is a first line apartment located in the promenade of the sandy beach of Gandia. The building is equipped with pool, garden, basket, tennis, garage and children playground. Fantastic views, which can be enjoyed from the big sunny terrace, the best place of the house for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Beautiful furnished, there is AIR CONDITIONING-HEATIATING in all the house. There are 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are 2 twins and 1 double with direct access to the big terrace.
