We are glad that you have chosen one of our apartments for your vacation.

We ask you to read carefully the points of this contract.

The general conditions include the contractual conditions between the owner of the reservation and the owner.

By making the reservation with apartments-gandia.com implies that the users have accepted the terms and conditions that are detailed here. It is essential to accept these terms and conditions in order to book and access the apartment.

Our apartments are exclusively for families. We do not accept groups of young people.

MINIMUM STAY. The minimum stay required depends on the apartment as well as the requested season. Check the availability calendar where it indicates the minimum stay per season.

PRICES. Prices are shown in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the season of the year or special events, and vary in each apartment. Therefore, we reserve the right to change them. They will be updated directly on the website.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Our website has a system that publishes the availability and the price in real time and you can make the reservation online directly.

1.- Reservation. To proceed with the reservation, we ask you to fill in the form with the information and make any observations you deem appropriate for your stay.

If you have chosen to make the payment by credit card, we will make the charge in a few hours. In case the card provided is not valid and this charge is not possible by us, we will contact you to provide us with another one. In case we can not contact you or do not carry out the card change, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case you will receive a cancellation email from it. The reservation will be confirmed when the charge on the card is accepted.

If what you have chosen the payment by bank transfer, we will send you our bank account to proceed with the payment on account and thus formalize the reservation. The term must not exceed 72H from the receipt of bank details. The amount transferred and received in our bank account must be the NET amount excluding any internal cost of your bank.

If you make a reservation with less than 72 hours to the date of entry and the form of payment chosen is by bank transfer you must send us an e-mail with a copy of the deposit immediately. The reservation will be confirmed when we have received the deposit account.

2. After confirmation.

With the confirmation you will receive all the necessary information: meeting point and contact number of who will be waiting for you on the day of your arrival to perform the CHECK-IN.

3.- Remaining payment. The rest of the payment will be paid according to the conditions published at the time of booking.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via e-mail. Cancellations or changes are not accepted by telephone.

Special cancellation conditions:

Free cancellation for reservations from 01-01-2023 until 31-05-2023, up to 5 days before arrival date.
Free cancellation for reservations from 01-06-2023 until 15-06-2023, up to 7 days before arrival date.

Free cancellation for reservations from 16-06-2023 until 15-09-2023, up to 14 days before arrival date.

Free cancellation for reservations from 16-09-2023 until 30-09-2023, up to 7 days before arrival date.

Free cancellation for reservations from 01-10-2023 until 31-12-2023, up to 5 days before arrival date.

Cancellations with fewer days until the arrival date of each period, at 0:00, mean the loss of the amount paid.

 

The change of dates of the guest constitutes a new reservation so it will be subject to our cancellation policy.

The reservation is considered cancelled and the Guest will lose the right of the reservation when there is a NO SHOW, the Guest don´t arrive at the arrival date, and he hasn´t informed us about this. This comunication has to be done by email not by telephone. Any amount will be returned.

If the Guest finish his stay before the reservations ends, there is no right to ask for a refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers your cancellation fees. You can find many well-known insurance companies that offer this insurance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE)

In the event that we request a deposit (see apartment file) this can range from € 200 to € 300 depending on the type and characteristics of each accommodation. The deposit is paid in cash during check-in. It will be returned once our representative or the owner has verified that the apartment hasn´t any damage. The refund will be made by bank transfer during the following 24h.

In case the apartment is left with extreme dirt, the owner reserves the right to deduct the proportional part of the deposit as an extra cleaning fee. Likewise, the deposit will not be returned in case of leaving garbage bags in the house or you have disturbed other customers or neighbors.

WHAT DOES YOUR BOOKING INCLUDE?

- Arrival cleaning. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival

- Cleaning at the end of the stay.. The final cleaning is done by us but you must leave the apartment in a state of cleanliness and order acceptable. You can not leave bags with garbage. If the guest leaves the apartment in a state of excessive dirt, a € 40 fee may be charged to the customer's card.

- Free WIFI.

- Water, electricity and gas supply. The consumptions are included in the price although we request a responsible use.

- Bed sheets and bath towel for each guest. For stays over 7 nights we provide extra sheet sets.

- Cot and Highchair On request subject to availability. We do not provide bedding for the crib. They have a cost, published on our website.

TIME OF ENTRY, DEPARTURE AND COLLECTION OF KEYS

Check-in time: The check-in time to the apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive before 3:00 p.m., tell us in advance and we will do our best to satisfy you. In the morning, the schedule for check-in is from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Later arrivals at 9:00 p.m. will have an extra cost. Price published on the web. No entries are made after 0: 00h. If you are going to arrive later, we inform you and we will give you the keys through a key delivery system in our office. The next morning we will meet to sign documents of the reservation and do the balace payment

Departure time: The departure time limit will be at 10: 00h.

In low season we are flexible with the time of arrival and departure as long as we do not have any reservation that ends the day of your arrival and we do not have any reservation that arrives on the day of your departure. In any case, the cut-off time in the low season will be 12: 00h. and you have previously agreed with us. If you want to enjoy the day and leave without hurry, you can do it with the payment of the half day cost. Ask us.

RULES OF THE HOUSE AND BUILDING

Respect the time of silence from 10:00 p.m. and 10 a.m.

Parties inside the apartment are not allowed. They are strictly prohibited.

The rules of the building where the accommodation is located will be respected, as well as the proper use of the elements and common facilities of the same.

During your stay empty the trash and deposit it in the nearest trash containers.

Always lock the main door when you leave the apartment.

The guest who makes the reservation is personally responsible for the behavior of all guests accompanying him.

It is not allowed to accommodate a larger number of people for those who initially made the reservation, as well as to introduce more beds than the existing ones. Failure to comply with this rule will terminate the contract with us without any right to compensation.

Apartmentos - Gandía reserves the right of admission and public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and coexistence in the building will mean immediate expulsion without taking into consideration the time of day or night. This also means the loss of rent and bail without any right of compensation.

The client expressly recognizes that the contracted accommodation does not constitute or constitute his / her habitual residence, showing only a right to use it during the contracted period.

Apartments - Gandia assumes no responsibility for injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused to guests for any reason or reason, directly or indirectly or for any event. Nor assumes any responsibility for loss, theft or loss of personal property of guests (documentation, money, jewelry) left in the apartment.

In the same terms, the owners are not authorized to access the house without the permission of the guests, except in case of emergency, force majeure or in case the client demands it to solve any technical or unforeseen breakdown.

PETS

Pets are allowed prior communication. Supplement extra cleaning per pet. Cost published on the web.

PARKING

Parking spaces are subject to availability in some apartments. It indicates it in the apartment's file. Ask us for availability when you make the reservation.

Apartamentos-Gandia is not responsible for the luggage and personal belongings of the client, nor for possible damage or theft in your vehicle, which could be caused in our parking.
